This is the easiest “fall-off-the-bone” pork rib recipe that requires little attention and little fuss.
Ingredients
1 pack of pork ribs
Your favorite jarred BBQ sauce
Dry rub
1T salt
1T garlic powder
2T black pepper
2T smoked paprika
1T cayenne
1T chili powder
1t oregano
1T brown sugar
Cut the rib rack in half and dry with paper towels. Rub ribs with the dry rub mixture on both sides.
Let sit for a good half hour
Wrap each rib packet in foil. Place on baking sheet. Set oven to 350. Bake for 2 hours.
Remove ribs from oven. Drop oven to 275 degrees.
Unwrap the ribs. Put them on a foil lined baking dish or tray. Paint with your favorite bottled BBQ sauce.
Bake for another 20 minutes.
Remove and let sit for a good five minutes.
Now eat with a side of potato salad or baked beans. The perfect flavor and pull away meat will make your dental floss proud.
